Cancellation Policy

Paint & Bake Party Policies Attendance The host is charged for each additional painter. Please ensure guests arrive on time to enjoy the full session. Behavior We ask all guests to be respectful. Disruptive behavior may result in the event ending early. What’s Included We provide pottery, paints, brushes, and table covers. Pottery choices must be confirmed at booking and cannot be changed on the day of the event. Deposit & Payments A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date (paid online). Remaining balance is due on the day of the event via card, Apple Pay. Cancellations & Reschedules Cancel 3+ weeks before: full deposit refund Cancel 2–3 weeks before: 50% deposit refund Cancel less than 2 weeks: deposit is non-refundable Reschedule 3+ weeks before: deposit transfers to new date Reschedule under 2 weeks: new deposit required All rescheduled events must occur within 90 days Setup & Space The host provides tables, chairs, and access to water. We handle all setup and cleanup of materials. Event Timing Parties run 2 hours (90 minutes painting + setup/cleanup). Events running over will be charged $50 per extra 30 minutes. Optional Add-Ons Custom Happy Birthday Plate – $35 Upgrade Pottery Pieces – starting at $5 (varies by size) Extra 30 Minutes – $50 (pre-booked or if event runs over) Extra Painter – $25 (covers 1–2 extra guests without moving to next tier) Pottery Pickup Finished pottery will be kiln-fired and ready in 7–10 days (10–15 for large groups). You’ll be contacted when pieces are ready for deliver to the host. Pottery is decorative only (not dishwasher, or microwave safe). Unfinished Projects Guests who don’t finish can take home a To-Go Kit ($20) for up to 3 days, then return items for kiln firing. Handmade Disclaimer All pottery is handmade; slight variations in shape, size, or color are normal and add to the charm of each piece.
