Cancellation Policy

Party Policies Attendance: Everyone is free to paint but host be charged for each person. Guests are expected to arrive punctually and remain for the duration of the event unless prior arrangements have been made. Behavior: Respectful and considerate conduct is mandatory throughout the party. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result Paint & Bake leaving the party. Materials Provided: We provide all the materials you need to create your masterpiece, including pottery pieces, paint, brushes, and other supplies. Bisque selection can not be changed. Deposit Fee: The event/party fee acts as the deposit. It is payable online upon booking through our website. A confirmation will be sent once the deposit is completed. Refundable Deposit: You may cancel your event/party up to three weeks before the scheduled date and receive a full refund of your deposit. If canceled up to two weeks before the scheduled date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than two weeks before the scheduled date. Rescheduling Parties: You can reschedule during the 3 week before the scheduled date and your party deposit will be maintained for the reschedule date. If party needs be rescheduled less than two weeks before the scheduled date then deposit will be lost and a new deposit of the new scheduled date will need to be made. Rescheduled date must be made within 90 days of the original date. Payment Methods: Once the event/party date is confirmed, the deposit can be paid online using major credit cards and Apple Pay. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event or party via credit card or check. Table and Chair Provision: The event or group coordinator is responsible for providing a crafting area, including tables and chairs. Unfinished Projects: Guests who don't finish their project can opt for "to-go" rental kits at $20 each. These kits can be taken home for up to 3 days. Ceramic Piece Handling: It takes approximately 7-10 days for kiln-fired ceramic pieces to be completed and returned to guests. These pieces are not food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. Handmade Pieces: Please keep in mind that all our pottery pieces are handmade and may have slight variations in size, shape, and color. These variations add to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
